Day 6- Paige’s Lead Gen Diary

November 28, 2023

It is now my second week working for Richard and I’m starting to gain a better understanding of the company and how it works. Although I have only been focusing on The Lead Gen Academy as its the business that I will have most involvement in.

Today I am carrying on from Friday by calling those that I was unable to get in contact with on Friday.

Mainly focusing on the guests so I am able to schedule in their one-to-one with Richard. I then called all members that I was unable to get hold of on Friday, although a few of them informed me it would be best for me to call them on Tuesday as they are busy all day.

It is crucial for me to get in contact with as many people as possible today so i can retrieve all feedback and work out the NPS score. Gaining feedback is also very important as it will help us to see what people like about the event and what they feel may need to be improved.

Many people have different thoughts and ideas but it is crucial to compromise as everyone as different preferences.

I will be sending those who were unable to pick up my calls both days, an email that will have all the details that I require from them. That way there are able to respond when they are available.

There were then people that had purchased a ticket on Eventbrite for our February event who were not on our CRM meaning I had to sign them up as well as people that enquired but had not bought a ticket. This means that I can enter their details in and it will send them an email with a link to their tickets.

Now that Jan’s event is over with it is crucial to get prepared for Feb’s event. This means getting as many people to purchase tickets and setting up the spreadsheet to store all the information on for example, The members and guest list and getting One-to-ones arranged in advance. Especially for those who are wanting to attend but are unable to.
