Today I am focusing on getting in contact with all of our members and guests who have purchased a ticket to attend our Lead Gen Summit on Thursday.
Firstly, I will respond to all of the inquiries that I have received this morning and last night.
I have also finished off my blog from yesterday and uploaded it as well as Friday’s blog.
I need to get in contact with two of our academy members who have made referrals which have both resulted in leads.
As Richard’s way of saying thank you, he has offered both of them a two hour One-to-One coaching session where lunch will also be provided.
There has also been two Boiler Servicing customers who have been waiting to receive a quote from our engineer so they are able to get their boiler issues resolved.
I have chased our engineer this morning and booked in one of them for a remedial and waiting to hear back from the other.
I also had a call from a third customer at the end of today to say that they are yet to receive a...
This week is going to be a busy week as it is the week of ‘The Lead Gen Summit’.
I have many small tasks to complete, finalise our room hire and confirm everything that we require has been made clear and confirmed.
I have also now received the activation code for the google business page meaning that I am able to finalise the account and begin to add content.
This morning I responded to all enquiries that we had received for all companies.
I have also emailed ‘The Best Print’ this morning who we use to complete all of our printings for our events.
Today we have created new order forms that will be given out at The Summit for those who would like to become a member or have one-to-one coaching that Richard offers as well as Monthly Mastermind sessions that is going to be one of our main focuses on completing after ‘The Summit’.
We have previously held mastermind sessions and we both felt as though it worked really well.
These are sessions for...
We have received ‘The Lead Gen Academy’ brochure which is ready to be sent for printing once I have proofread it.
I will be sending this over to ‘The Best Print’ by the end of today.
This morning I have brainstormed all of the tasks that I need to complete for today and within the start of next week, Richard has also done the same. This gives us the chance to share all tasks that need completing and to inform each other tasks that we have left out.
It is crucial that Jake sends me over the steps on how to access the Calendar for ‘The Engineer 2’, which thankfully he managed to do!!
I am very relieved that I finally have access to this calendar as it holds a lot of data and customer details that we can use to retarget.
There is also more information on this email then the [email protected] which is great.
I will have spent a lot of time today to write all the details into our spreadsheet that I have created for the purpose of old...
I am following up some tasks that I started yesterday as well as some invoices that I have sent out this week which have not been paid.
There was also a company that struggled to pay their invoice and it kept bouncing which meant that I had to re-send them the invoice.
I uploaded yesterday’s blog to Kajabi.
I have been in contact with Jake today in regards to the engineering email account, but we are unsure of what the problem may be which means I am unable to complete the spreadsheet with the details within the second calendar.
It is important that the issue is resolved soon as we need to be gaining more business for ‘Boiler Servicing 24-7’. It is also important that we start to do some marketing so we gain new customers to grow the business.
I have dealt with my daily enquiries and sent out some boiler emails.
I created a spreadsheet yesterday with all of the positive feedback that we have received from our last two workshops which I finished off this morning.
I...
Today I have many different tasks to complete, playing catch up as I missed a days work yesterday due to focusing on ‘The Business Expo’.
I had put in most of the business cards yesterday once I had got home from the expo but I still had a few remaining in which I put into the system first thing this morning.
I then got into contact with Jake who was then creating the email that is going to be sent out this morning to ensure it included all the details.
There was many different enquiries from ‘Boiler Servicing 24-7’ and small tasks that I had to deal with for example, there was people that wanted to reschedule their bookings people chasing invoices which I then created and sent over.
We also had a message from an estate agents who were trying to pay off their invoice back from October but informed me that it kept bouncing, they suspected that they had the wrong card details for us.
I finished off my blog from yesterday and uploaded it alongside Mondays...
Today we had ‘The Business Expo’ where we had a stand that I was assigned to all day, handing out the leaflets for our free website offer for WP Aid.
It was my role to tell people more information and give out the leaflets. It was also a good opportunity to meet new businesses and exhibitors.
When giving out the leaflets and answering peoples enquiries, it was a good opportunity to inform them about ‘The Lead Gen Academy’ as well as ‘The Summit’ that is taking place on the 7th of March.
I found it hard to answer some questions that people had due to having the least involvement with WP Aid and the least understanding of the technical side of a website.
I explained to people that we have The Lead Gen Academy which is where we have monthly workshops for those businesses who want to gain more leads and is where you get advice on how to get people to go onto your website that we would create through WP Aid.
Richard, Jake and Nell also done a...
Today I have various different tasks to complete.
This morning I have chased Jake who is our Lead Gen Ninja to forward me over the template of our flyers that we will be getting printed out for Tuesday's event.
I have received Anthony’s Video who is one of our Keynote speakers at the summit, that he has produced for us to use to promote The Lead Gen Summit.
I have forwarded this over to Jake who will be editing it and then sending it back over for my use.
I have completed boiler servicing calls as well as dealing with enquiries from customers.
I have uploaded another tweet as well as a post on our Facebooks pages to promote The Lead Gen Summit to get people to purchase tickets.
Once we have sold our first 100 tickets, we then charge a fee of £20 to those that are wanting to attend.
This helps us to cover some of the fees for room hire as well as the lunch that will be put on for those VIPS.
I have continued to add some images to my blogs but it is important...
Richard informed me last night that this morning he would like me to get in contact with ‘Enterprise M3’ this morning to organise a meeting or a call between one of their employees and himself.
This was my first task for this morning. I was unable to get through to the growth hub based in Guildford so it diverted me to one based up north. They took the message and my details and I was informed that they would get the Guildford branch to give me a call. I am still yet to hear from them.
If I do not hear back from them by the time I go home, I will be contacting them tomorrow.
Richard had met with one of the managers who works for the same company that I use to work for and I'm still currently doing my apprenticeship through them.
He met him this morning at BNI which is a weekly networking event. It was my task to get in contact with him and organise a date for him and Richard to meet for a coffee to discuss if there is anything we could do for them, such as Richard offers...
It was crucial this morning that I finished the calls to all the clients within The WP Aid filter on Active Campaign.
I managed to get hold of many clients but they all informed me that we were not ready to progress forwards.
Although I didn't receive any of the results that I was hoping for, it meant that I had moved a step forwards for each client and will be a process that I will be continuously working on.
We are also not receiving many service reminders to be able to completely fill our engineers diary, therefore I am having to work with what we have within the sent folder.
I sent out more service reminder emails to those that I have previously been in contact with but have not clarified whether they would like to use our services or not. It is important that I carry on working these as it is something everyone needs to have done.
Richard always refers to it as being the same as when your car is due an MOT.
There were a couple of invoicing within the boiler servicing folder on...
Today I will be continuing to upload the last of the content to our website that will be launching very soon!
I had to convert some of the workbooks to a PDF file in order for members to be able to view them.
I then completed my daily duties and made some calls for the boiler company as our engineers diary had plenty of space that needed to be filled!
The one thing that I have learnt within the boiler business is communication is key! Especially between our engineer and us this end so we can follow up any quotes that Alan may have made or appointments that are now not being attended for various reasons.
Richard has showed me a demo this morning on through our CRM ‘Active Campaign’ in which he has filtered our different clients who require a follow up for each business such as, WP Aid, Lead Gen Academy and One2One which is the Coaching that Richard offers to businesses. This encourages to help them aim to gain more leads and the different ways they would be able to do so....
